By using this website or sending a form on it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

02Information on this website

What we describe here (our services, examples and results) is general information. It is not an offer or a guarantee. The scope, price and terms of any work are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which controls if it differs from this website.

03Sending us a form

Please give accurate information and don’t send spam, malicious content or anything you aren’t allowed to share. Sending a form asks us to contact you; it doesn’t create a contract.

04196 Global Forms for our clients

When we run 196 Global Forms on a client’s website:

• the client authorizes 196 Global to send that website’s form submissions from the email account the client connects, and only for that purpose;
• the client is responsible for using the inquiries it receives lawfully and for telling its own visitors how it handles their information;
• the client must not use the service to send spam or unlawful content, and we may pause a form or sending account that is being abused;
• the client can disconnect its email account at any time, and its forms will stop sending until it reconnects; and
• a client’s service agreement with 196 Global controls fees, support and anything else these terms don’t cover.

05Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access systems or data you aren’t authorized to use, interfere with the website or form service, send automated or bulk submissions, introduce malware, or copy and republish this website’s content except as the law allows.

06Ownership

The 196 Global name, logo, website design, text and code belong to 196 Global LLC. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client’s agreement.

07Other services

This website and the form service rely on providers such as Cloudflare and Google. Their own terms and availability apply, and we aren’t responsible for their services.

08Availability and disclaimer

The website and form service are provided “as available.” We work to keep them running, accurate and secure, but we can’t promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 196 Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this website or the form service, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim or $100. A client’s signed agreement may set different terms for the services it covers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10Misuse

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs 196 Global incurs because of your unlawful use of the website or form service or your breach of these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

12Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
