In short
- An internal reporting tool, used only by 196 Global staff.
- It reads campaign, keyword and search-term performance for ad accounts under the 196 Global manager account.
- It does not create, change or pause ads, and it does not touch billing.
- We never sell Google Ads data or share it outside the business it belongs to.
01What it does
Businesses that hire 196 Global to run their Google Ads want clear answers: what they spent, which searches brought leads, and what to change next. 196 Global Ads Reporting pulls that performance data from the Google Ads API (campaign results, keyword performance, the search terms that triggered ads, and conversion actions) and turns it into reports and recommendations for each business.
02Who uses it
Only 196 Global LLC staff, signed in with their 196global.com Google Workspace accounts. It is not a public app, and businesses don’t sign in to it. It works only with ad accounts linked to the 196 Global Google Ads manager account, which each business grants and can remove at any time.
03Why it uses Google sign-in
The Google Ads API requires a Google account sign-in to read an ad account’s data. A 196 Global staff account signs in once, and the tool uses that access only to read reporting data for the accounts we manage. The sign-in token is stored encrypted and is never shown to anyone.
04How the data is handled
- Reports are used only to manage and report on that business’s own advertising.
- One business’s data is never shared with another business.
- We do not sell the data or use it to build advertising profiles.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy, and use of our services is covered by our Terms.
05Removing access
A business can unlink its ad account from the 196 Global manager account at any time in Google Ads, under Admin → Access and security → Managers. The tool then can no longer read that account.
